1 - Interpretation and Definitions 1.1 - Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

1.2 - Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

You may not use a username that infringes rights or is offensive or misleading.

Address

Identity verification documents

Bank details (for Sellers)

Payment details (for Buyers)

5.3 - Account Review

NotScrap.com does not perform background checks or endorse users and is not responsible for user-provided information accuracy.

5.4 - Account Password

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and all activity under Your account.

5.5 - Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account at any time if You breach these Terms.

6 - Content 6.1 - Your Right to Post Content

You retain ownership of Your Content but grant NotScrap.com a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Service.

You warrant You have rights to post it.

6.2 - Content Restrictions

You may not post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or misleading content. NotScrap.com may remove Content at its discretion.

6.3 - Content Backups

We do not guarantee against data loss. You should keep independent copies.

7 - Orders of Goods 7.1 - Role of NotScrap.com

NotScrap.com acts as a marketplace facilitator between Buyers and Sellers and is not a party to transactions unless explicitly stated.

7.2 - Buyer Information

You must provide accurate payment and shipping information.

7.3 - Availability & Errors

Listings may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct them.

7.4 - Prices

Prices may change before acceptance of an Order.

7.5 - Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers subject to their terms.

7.6 - Service Fees

Marketplace fees may apply and are shown during checkout. Fees may change.

7.7 - Order Modification

Buyers and Sellers are responsible for agreed modifications.

7.8 - Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for fraud, error, or availability issues. Refund handling follows marketplace rules.

7.9 - Order Disputes

Disputes are resolved at the sole discretion of NotScrap.com.

8 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability 8.1 - Liability Cap

Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid through NotScrap.com or $100 USD if none.

8.2 - AS-IS Disclaimer

The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties.

8.3 - Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from NotScrap.com.

8.4 - Translation

English version controls in disputes.
